Restaurant Operations Manager

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Create and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability.
- Train and develop staff members to provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5years of experience in Indian restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in computer software applications, such as Lightspeed POS systems and Excel.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
