Restaurant Supervisors!

The team at Mezza Lebanese Kitchen is looking for leaders!

We are very blessed to already have an amazing leadership team at our current Mezza on Morton Ave, but we are looking for even more leaders as we continue our growth.

Our leaders oversee the entire operations within our restaurants. Ensuring that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and inventory control standards are maintained, and ensuring our guests get the very best service at each and every visit. This may include but not limited to, scheduling, supervising staff, coaching and developing, ordering, cleaning, working the floor, assigning and assisting with completing cleaning duties, all with a smile on your face :)

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Trains newer or less experienced Team Members in their tasks and responsibilities.
• Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined in the Mezza Lebanese Restaurant Group Operations Manual.
• Must work well as a leader for 3-5 staff on shift.
• Make split decisions on the fly to ensure excellent customer service for every guest.
• To carry out catering orders timely, accurately, and efficiently.
• To report any outstanding issues to the management team.
• To accept and complete any additional tasks occasionally assigned by the management team.
• Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Mezza Lebanese Restaurant Group Operations Manual.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant environment.
• English must be strong.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Time management.
• Ability to instill positivity within a team and keep them motivated.
• Must have an open availability.
• Must be able to lift 10 to 50 pounds.

• Must be certified in all areas of the business.

Starting wage based on previous experience and role. We are looking forward to hearing from you!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
