Customer Service & Sales Generation

- You lead with passion and have no problem being the face of Collective Arts at our new summer location
- You will provide exceptional customer service and go the extra mile to provide a great experience for all of our customers
- You’re a great communicator and ensure proper training for the team on all Collective Arts core products and new product knowledge to offer selection guidance to customers.

Operations & Responsibilities

- Perform weekly Inventory Audits on Beverages, Merch, and Supplies; recommend or take action based on audits.
- Adhere to opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain safety in the workplace; prevent accidents and report all incidents of unsafe conditions and/or practices in a timely manner.
- Manage point of sale devices and processes, including backend management.
- Ensure all visual and housekeeping standards are kept to the highest quality and consistently; eg cleanliness.

Qualifications

- Enthusiastic craft beer lover with a passion for creating engaging experiences.\
- You have no problem working alone.
- Proven leadership skills, leading by example and motivating teams to exceed sales goals.
- Strong organizational abilities, adept at sales reporting, cash management, and team scheduling.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and infuse energy into the role.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution.

- Have worked in a scaling start-up or growing small-business environment
- Have managed large groups of young people
- Are handy!
- Have formal beer training, (cicerone, prud’homme) or brewery work experience
- Can drive!
