Job Description
Optimizes the operationalization of Synchronization in our E2E Supply Chains. Operates the Supply Chain at the best of its current capability by operationalizing E2E Supply Chain synchronization and operating strategy. Delivers the next S curves- improves the Supply Chain capabilities and synchronization by identifying and eliminating the E2E losses. Enables the SC decision makers by providing the Supply Chain stakeholder with data driven insights to allow the optimal decisions. Owns the regional supply network capability by providing clear directions, trainings and appropriate tools to the regional BU MFG network. Leads the network of plant SNP leaders and PSC BU CNA leaders (via plant/PSC SNP network) to ensure the necessary CSNP capability meets the current and future business needs and delivers IWS phase progression. Works with all regional BU sites to eliminate supply network losses (cost, cash and profit), to improve responsiveness and agility, enable NOS and customer service.
