```Duties```
- Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees
- Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees on safety-related matters
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in safety training

- Proven experience as a Safety Trainer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively train individuals on safety procedures and equipment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to fabricate training materials and resources
- Experience in training development is a plus
- Forklift, MEWP and Fall Protection operator experience.
- Backhoe, skid steer, mini excavator experience
