Digital Ad Operations Manager
If you join the digital team at Stingray you are joining a fun, creative and energetic staff focused on winning. You will be helping our sales teams and their clients across the country develop and run the best marketing campaigns to help grow their businesses. Our goal is to deliver exceptional digital products and ad designs with a primary focus on Programmatic Display, Video, Connected TV, Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), Search and Social solutions.
The duties for the Ad Ops Manager position include, but are not limited to:
· Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high performing team of ad operations specialists. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to continually improve their knowledge.
· Process Improvement: Develop and refine ad operations processes and workflows. Implement best practices policies and procedures to increase efficiency and ensure flawless execution.
· Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and creative teams to align campaign objectives.
· Key accounts: Coordinate with key advertisers and agencies on campaign requirements, oversee the creation, tagging, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and exceed high expected performance.
· Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all digital advertising adheres to industry standards and regulations. Maintain high-quality standards for all ad placements.
· Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with ad tech vendors and service providers. Evaluate and onboard new ad technologies and tools.
· Budget Control: Oversee the ad operations budget; cost management, platform expenses etc. Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and campaign management.
Required Criteria:
- This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Toronto Office.
- 5-7 years of Campaign management/Ad operations experience
- Experience with Programmatic advertising, Google, Meta
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Strong multi-tasking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
