We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Administration Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sales and marketing operations, liaising with and supporting our sales and content teams, and ensuring smooth and efficient processes in both radio and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Support: Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks, including preparing promotional sponsorships, rate card and avails management, client event bookings and more.

· Order Management: Ensure accuracy of client orders and approvals.

· Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of advertising campaigns across radio and digital platforms.

· Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases related to sales activities.

· Market Research: Stay informed about our brands, industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to support sales strategies and decision-making.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in sales and marketing administration

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Knowledge of radio and digital advertising platforms is a plus.
