About the Role
We’re looking for our next generation of top-performing commercial real estate professionals.  While we’re always scouting for top talent to join our team, we are currently looking to recruit a Sales Associate to join our North York office.  This is your opportunity to get best-in-class training to become a career professional in the commercial real estate industry.

-Have a valid driver’s license.

What You Will Do:
-An immersive sales training experience to jumpstart your career in sales.  Our approach is “learn by doing” so get ready to make the most of it. 
-You will be exposed to various asset classes including Industrial, Office, Retail, Investment, and discover the strength of CBRE’s platform and service lines.  
-To learn the ins and outs of prospecting and business development.
-Assist local sales representatives and teams with research and marketing activities.
-Involvement in projects to learn and understand the local area’s commercial real estate market.  
-Create marketing and presentation materials, including brochures, tenant surveys, specialized reports, property locator maps, etc.
-Compile market statistics and information for CBRE market reports and publications.
-(If you haven’t already) To enroll in the Real Estate Salesperson Program, as soon as practical, to get your real estate license.  You don’t require a real estate license as a Sales Trainee, but you will need it to advance your career beyond Sales Trainee and hit the sales floor as a 100% commission Sales Representative.
