Position Overview:
As Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and sales of our optometry Medical Devices. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with eye care professionals, optometrists, ophthalmologists, and other key stakeholders within the industry. You'll not just be selling products; you'll be transforming the way eye care professionals do vision screening tests.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients, including eye care clinics, hospitals, and independent practitioners.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our Medical Devices.
- Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring favorable agreements for both the client and the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities along with generating and submitting reports when needed.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, symposiums, and lead client interactions.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the vision care field.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancement efforts.
- Continuously assess and analyze market needs, providing insights to improve sales strategies.
Training and Education:
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper use and maintenance of our Medical Devices.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in optometry and share relevant information with clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in Medical Device sales.
- Experience with Medical Devices sales in the vision sector an asset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel as required.

Salary:
Commensurate to experience.

Salary: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
