Job Description
- Build and coach your team towards achievement of stated expectations, objectives and goals.
- Coach, mentor, train Sales Consultants in assisting customers, answering questions, structure deals and/or payments.
- Facilitate required sales training for continued team growth.
- Daily and weekly meetings with sales staff.
- Recognize and acknowledge the skills of key team members and utilize their strengths to the benefit of the team.
- Assist sales associates in closing deals and following up with prospects.
- Manage all incoming leads and distribute them to the sales team.
- Guide every guest through the sales process and delivery.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Evaluate results and provide feedback in a timely fashion.
- Manage the flow of information in and out of the CRM.
Requirements
- Previous Ford experience considered an asset
- PBS V10 experience considered an asset
- Evenings and Saturdays will be required
- Automotive Sales and Management experience: min 2 years
- Valid AMVIC License & Class 5 Drivers Licence, with clean abstract required
