We are looking for a new colleague for the position of "Sales Manager for Robot Repairs and Overhauls", who would complement our existing team and help us take our services and products a step further and at the same time strengthen growth, mainly within the European region. The reason why we are looking for a new colleague is to move an existing manager to a higher position within the organization.

Your responsibilities
- Leading and developing a 5-member sales team
- Defining and Tracking a Sales Strategy
- Estimation of results and cooperation on budget preparation and follow-up
- Monitoring the market situation
- Portfolio expansion, launch of new products
- Actively seeking new opportunities, ensuring continuous growth
- Close cooperation with the marketing department on materials and campaigns
- Optimization of the sales process and development of sales channels
- Developing strong relationships and trust with ABB's robotics divisions around the world
- Visits to strategic customers within Europe (8-12 visits per year)
- Preparation of commercial and technical offers and contracts
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Cooperation with the production and quality department
- Purchase of used robots
Your background
- Secondary school/university education (in a technical field)
- Experience in the field of trade with a technically oriented product
- English at communicative level min B2 (written / spoken) – all communication will be in English
- Willingness to learn new things
- Good communication skills
- Independence
- Willingness to travel (approx. 8-12 visits within Europe/year)
- Experience with MS Office tools – spreadsheets, Excel, working with data and their extraction and filtering
- Robotics business experience is an advantage
- Awareness of how an industrial robot is technically designed is an advantage
- Experience in leading people/teams is an advantage
