Woody’s RV World Leduc currently has an full-time opening for an experienced Sales Manager who is highly motivated individual with strong organizational and customer service skills.

We're searching for an experienced RV Sales Professional that can manage a growing sales organization for Canada’s premier RV dealership. • Responsible for hiring, training and overseeing all Sales Staff, establish long & short term sales goals, control of RV inventory. Provide continuing training and development, regular coaching & motivation. Facilitate the operation of an efficient & effective dealership, while continuing to build a strong customer base.
• Candidates must have verifiable track records, impeccable reputation, exceptional training and strong leadership skills. Strong selling & negotiation skills together with the ability to analyze market performance while maintaining a positive atmosphere & image.

Salary: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
