Exciting changes are happing at Georgian Bay Harley-Davidson and we need to add team members for 2024. Georgian Bay Harley-Davidson is looking for a Sales Manager.

You need to be a customer focused person to lead our Sales Department. We have an amazing reputation with our clients, and to continue that, our Sales Manager needs to be ready to ensure every customer has the opportunity to find that “dream bike” within a friendly and exciting environment. That is achieved by providing leadership and the willingness to “do what it takes” to create a one-of-a-kind experience for customers and staff.

What should you bring to Georgian Bay H-D? Positive attitude is number one. You need to have a proven track record in sales/sales management with a “customer focused” approach. Organization, you need to lead the sales team and other staff by ensuring current, prospect, and future clients are communicated to today, tomorrow and for years to come. That is accomplished by being a champion of CRM. Also, you need to be a selling manager, you will have your own clients that need to be lead through the full sales process. F&I process, that responsibility falls on the Sales Manager with the sales representative taking the lead, but you need to ensure it is followed and completed every time. These are the core needs, day in and day out.

Other Responsibilities:

· Inventory Management. Ordering bikes, ensuring both new and used bikes are processed in the system for arrival, stocking and prepped for delivery.

· Online Marketing of Inventory. With the help of the sales team, you need to ensure all inventory is displayed online. New, used, and incoming bikes.

· CRM Follow-Up. Ensure every customer is loaded into the system and the follow-up process is completed daily.

· Documentation. Ensure every inventory file and customer delivery file is completed as per the dealership, manufacturer, and government requirements.

· Training. Lead by example by staying up to date on product knowledge and industry treads, and then pass that knowledge on to the sales staff. Coach and lead them daily to improve the process and experience.

Must have the following:

· OMVIC Sales License

· Motorcycle License (M2 or Full M). Driver’s abstract will be pulled to complete hiring.

· Strong knowledge base in using multiple technologies to reach out to clients. Social media, video chat/message, text, email and more.

· All candidates need to be physically able to push and support the weight of a motorcycle.

Helpful Skills/Knowledge:

· Posting vehicles on customer search sites like our own website, Auto Trader, Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, etc.

· Currently an avid rider of a motorcycle. Sharing your journeys on a bike with clients helps to connect and provide them a glimpse into the motorcycle way.

· Knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles/models.
