```Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for lead generation including cold calls to drive business growth, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, technical sales, and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate those markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide coaching, and set goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices
