Welcome to Edgewood Homes, where building quality homes is the number 1 priority. Our current Project Highcrest is ready to release information regarding our next Phase – Condominiums. With 48 condo suites available we’re in need of an energetic person to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have direct customer service (or sales) experience and excellent administrative skills. Priority will be given to candidates with marketing and graphics design knowledge. This is a small company and most staff are cross-functional in their roles, so flexibility and willingness to learn are key. Reporting to the president this role may also entail additional administrative functions as required.

This is a full-time position that is primarily a customer relationship role and does involve non-commission sales. Generally what you can expect to do;

• Acting as the first and primary contact for all leads
• Showing model homes, or offering tours of the Highcrest Community to prospective buyers
• Answering any questions needed to assist prospects in making decisions
• Coordinating all of the paperwork required to firm up and manage the sale
• Developing or coordinating marketing activities, including but not limited to Social media, Newsletters, flyers etc.
• Manage and develop as required, price lists, or other supporting sales literature.
• Work with the office team to manage general office administrative duties as required.

Skills we’d love to see

• Professional and friendly communication in writing and in person
• Excellent MS Office Suite skills ( particularly Word and Excel)
• Adobe experience ( bonus for Acrobat, InDesign or other professional software)
• Attention to Detail
• Experience working with established legal contracts or forms
• Experience with Customer management software.
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Must be a team player
