Our company has locations in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary and Toronto, however, all of our client estimates and bookings are completed out of our sales office in Edmonton. Our salespeople are called "Relocation Specialists" and are trained experts in the moving and storage industry.

Successful applicants must possess a strong communication skills (written and verbal), have the aptitude to learn our software, and be organized to successfully perform assignments in a high-volume environment. This is a salaried position with a commission structure. The successful candidate will need to be able to perform the following duties:
- Speak with and assist any potential new leads on the phone.
- Assess the client's needs and obtain information pertaining to the client's requirements such as where they are moving to/from, the contents that they are relocating, their ideal move dates, and the type of service(s) that they are looking for.
- Provide the client with an estimate for our services.
- Overcome and handle any objections and proceed to getting the client booked for their move in our system and calendar.
- Work with dispatch to effectively schedule all of our client's moves in sync.
- Collect deposits and payments for services.
- Promote additional services and materials such as insurance and moving boxes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a high volume sales environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Highly motivated and driven to be a top performer.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Google sheets, excel and word.
- Ability to visit our customers in their homes to conduct on-site estimates.
What we offer:
- $42,000 - $46,000 annual starting salary depending on qualifications, and experience.
- 1% Commission on services and products that are sold. First year Relocation Specialists will earn $10,000 - $16,000 in commission during their first year.
- Full benefit plan offered after a 90 day probationary period.
- Average of 40 hrs. per week working schedule.
