Responsibilities:
-Sales Strategy Development:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to promote our holistic mental health and wellness retreats.
2. Identify target markets and segments to optimize sales opportunities.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
4. Proposal Creation and Presentation:
5. Create persuasive and thoughtful sales proposals that highlight the benefits of our retreats in a compassionate manner.
6. Conduct presentations to potential clients showcasing the value and uniqueness of our holistic offerings.
7. Tailor proposals to address individual client needs and concerns.
-Effective Sales Techniques:
1. Employ empathetic and consultative sales techniques to build rapport with prospective clients.
2. Utilize a holistic approach in sales conversations, demonstrating understanding and empathy for mental health concerns.
3. Offer solutions and guidance that align with the clients' mental wellness needs.
-Follow-up and Relationship Building:
1. Execute timely and personalized follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
2. Provide ongoing support and information to clients, demonstrating care and understanding throughout the sales process.
3. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
-Sales Reporting and Analysis:
1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and outcomes.
2. Generate regular sales reports, analyze trends, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
3. Collaborate with management to evaluate sales performance and implement strategies for enhancement.
-Continuous Learning and Industry Awareness:
1. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in mental health and wellness.
2. Continuously enhance knowledge of holistic practices and therapies related to mental well-being.
3. Incorporate new insights into sales approaches to ensure competitiveness in the market.
-Team Collaboration and Support:
1. Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2. Provide support and guidance to other team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
-Adherence to Company Values:

A successful candidate for this role should demonstrate a strong sales background, empathy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for promoting mental health and wellness through holistic approaches.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of previous experience in sales
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
-Past experience in mental health, wellness, or holistic industry's a plus
