Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Inspira Interiors, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential clients, following up on leads, engaging in meaningful discussions, and ultimately closing deals to contribute to the company's success. You can earn a percentage of the deals you successfully close while offering excellent earning potential based on your performance and sales achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify potential clients through research, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce Inspira Interiors' services.
- Develop a deep understanding of Inspira Interiors' service offerings.
- Guide clients through the sales process by showcasing the value and benefits of our services, aligning them with the client's objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, nurturing leads through consistent follow-ups and maintaining a professional and engaging communication style.
- Employ effective negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business partnerships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and delivery to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a sales role.
- Experience or some knowledge in architectural design.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to understand client needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of our services.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving sales strategies and market dynamics.
- Ability to work remotely and engage in both virtual. In-person client interactions is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation:
The more deals you close, the higher your earnings potential. Bonus pay will be provided quarterly based on number of deals closed and performance.
