Sales Support Associate

Brezach Solutions is an Ottawa-based company that provides furniture and creates plans for amazing office, educational, and collaborative spaces. We are looking for a full-time Sales Support Associate to join our growing company. This is an exciting 15-month maternity leave contract with a conversion to a permanent position for the right candidate.

· You are proficient in Excel – and the other Microsoft products of course. You will be using Excel, Word, and Outlook every day.

· You like people – whether assisting a client with product questions or supporting a member of the team, you can communicate well and like to find solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic math skills for processing orders and calculating discounts or pricing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Fluency in French is an asset
• Experience in the contract furniture industry is an asset
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Sales Support to the sales team by assisting with quote preparation, product inquiries, and customer service.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide information about features and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and goals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
