Schedule: Varies based on events. Fixed schedule Sat, Sun, Mon (9-5), then as needed for additional shift. 
Wage: $14.53/hr

Job Summary
Now, if you were to come on board as our Scheduler, we’d ask you to do the following for us: 
Scheduling:
-Post hourly associate schedules on weekly basis.
-Process vacation requests; track vacation entitlement and schedule replacement staff.
-Replace all calls for sick, late, no show, vacation, LOA, Union leave, etc
-Maintain phone lists for all staff
-Record, track and maintain call-out procedure and call-out documentation as per the collective agreement

-High working knowledge and proficiency utilizing PC based tools (Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint) 
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational and prioritization skills as well as attention to detail
-Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
-Experience with an automated payroll system
