The Scheduling and Client Data Operator must have the ability to work with a team and available/willing to work weekend shifts (usually alternating weekends). Availability to work overnights will be considered an asset. Primary responsibilities are coordination, input and revision of employee and Client data in software for scheduling, as well as responding to changing needs and identifying/assigning replacements for open shifts. Requisite skillsets and abilities:
· Accuracy and attention to detail is necessary (particularly careful/accurate data entry); good keyboarding skills an asset
· Ability to clearly identify/communicate details and information to and from employees and managers electronically and by telephone;
· Capable of acquiring high level of familiarity with ALSO’s Client and employee database as well as compliance with Scheduling and shift replacement rules;
· Possess capability to deploy calm, reasoned and committed troubleshooting skills so as to keep our Clients' best interests at the forefront.
Shift premium payable from 6p to 6a and weekends.
Starting rate is probationary. $20.33 after successful probation.
