We are looking for a Search & Registration Clerk to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
The Search & Registration Clerk will provide administrative support to ESC’s customers in processing, organizing, and reporting search and registration results related to the Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA).
What you’ll do:
- Provide assistance to clients related to the ordering and fulfillment of searches including securities, PPSA, corporate searches, document filing and other requests.
- Prepare and file (electronically and manually) Articles of Incorporation, Business Style Names, PPSA’s in Ontario and throughout the provinces meeting customer deadlines
- Conduct corporate, due diligence, real estate and other searches province wide and provide client with accurate and proper reporting procedures meeting customer deadlines
Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Legal related experience (PPSA, Corporate & Land Title Registry knowledge an asset)
- Self-motivated, independent thinker who works well in a team environment.
- Quick learner and able to grasp technological concepts.
- Strong technology skills and able to grasps new concepts quickly.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
Please note: This position will work a hybrid work schedule, consisting of both in-office and remote work.

Our salary band for this position ranges from $40,000.00 – $ 50,000.00 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on qualification, experience, and education.
