Job Description:
- Proactive & reactive security patrols
- Cross-training and rotation with control centre staff
- Surveillance monitoring
- Response to incidents
- Report writing
- Investigate routine incidents
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
- Proof of (minimum) double COVID-19 vaccination
- Ability to work in a fast-pace and flexible environment while maintaining the utmost professionalism
- Moderate physical activity, standing and walking for long periods of time in outdoor weather conditions
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation
- Remain calm and effectively perform in emergency situations
- Adhere to our Code of Ethics in performing job requirements
- Able to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, French considered an asset

One60 Elgin (formerly know as Place Bell) is a 27-storey office tower in the heart of downtown Ottawa. The main level contains a shopping concourse with various businesses and amenities.
