Security Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security operations within our organization. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of loss prevention and surveillance techniques.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Manage a team of security officers and provide guidance, training, and support as needed
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services to coordinate responses to incidents or emergencies
- Investigate security incidents or breaches, gather evidence, and prepare detailed reports
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in security technology and best practices

Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Security Manager or in a related field (3 to 5 years experience in security.)
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to security operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stress situations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
