Security Manager

The Grey Rock Casino is looking for a Security Manager to join our leadership team! Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of security personnel, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and dedication to safety.

Security Operations: Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard the casino premises, assets, and patrons.

Incident Response: Oversee and coordinate responses to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches, resolve issues effectively.

Training and Development: Create and conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills, promote awareness, and ensure a proactive approach to potential security challenges.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of local and provincial gaming regulations, ensuring that security measures align with legal requirements and industry standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, law enforcement agencies, and external security partners to maintain a unified and comprehensive security strategy.

Experience & Qualifications Required

• 5+ years Security/Surveillance experience
• Management experience preferred
• Education in related field of study including law enforcement an asset
• Team-working skills
• Good computer skills
• Current certification in first aid an asset
• Ability to remain calm and perform duties under stressful conditions
• Fluency in ENGLISH and FRENCH (written and spoken)
