As the Embedded Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a large AAA class commecial property in the downtown core. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our service meet the highest standards of security and compliance.

What does an Embedded Security Manager do?
-Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for embedded systems, considering industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
-Foster excellent customer service relationships with clients, tenant users and staff.
-Mentor a team of 10+ and show exceptional leadership qualities
-Take a proactive stance by leading preventative initiatives, conducting security and site assessments, and providing detailed reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)."
-Perform in-house site scheduling & maintenance, payroll administration - ability to foster calls afterhours in the event of a book off or emergency.
-Process vacation, LOA and time off mitigating.
-Forecast daily site schedules, and ensure minimal to no overtime and opens.
Qualifications to become an Embedded Security Manager
-A valid Ontario security guard license
-WSIB approved first aid card
-Minimum 3 years of experience in the security industry
-Minimum high school diploma
-Computer skills (access control and CCTV) and Microsoft Office
-Excellent image profile and dress, deportment, and acumen
-Excellent command of the English language
-Be eligible to work in Canada
-Possess superior organization skills
