Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Hamilton-in office to start then hybrid
Industry: Real Estate/Property Management
Salary: $80,000+
Our client is in the business of creating affordable retirement housing communities for 30 plus years, and continue to grow.
Acting as a right hand to the Director of Finance, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for the following, but not be limited to:

• Review accounts payable and accounts receivable of junior staff
• Financial reporting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with preparing budgets
• Assist with annual audits
• Prepare revenue projections and forecasting
• Assist junior staff

Qualifications:

• CPA designation or near completion
• Minimum 5 years in a full cycle accounting role
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
