- Process purchase order receivings, including verification and creation of payables.
- Prepare comprehensive reconciliations for various accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee payroll process and respond to inquiries to ensure accuracy of team members pay, allocations by department and benefit deductions.
- Contribute to timely recognition of commissions and reporting to team members.
- Manage warranty credits processing and facilitate the registration of motors with manufacturers, adhering to relevant procedures.
- Provide support for data entry and contribute to Accounting team projects, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with team members to compile financial data required for audits and inventory counts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in monitoring customer account balances and contribute to the preparation of compliance submissions as required.
- Conduct research and reconcile general ledger accounts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Take on additional accounting tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.
We are offering annual salary compensation in the range of $62,000 - $77,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the comprehensive benefits and pension plans available, we offer a performance based bonus structure.
