What will your typical day look like?


Drawing on your strong technical and advisory skills and working autonomously, in a group, and alongside other IT teams to identify and resolve a host of complex technical issues. You will define opportunities to innovate when delivering client service and process efficiency. You will work on various types of projects, including cyclical technology refreshes as well as National and/or Regional technology initiatives. You will collaborate with other Deloitte Technology teams to continually identify, design, and implement enhancements. You will be working mainly out of the Deloitte Montreal office although travel may be required around various offices in the province of Quebec.

About the team


Our Support Services team provides end-user support to our diverse base of professionals across Canada. As part of the larger Deloitte Management Services organization, we deliver internal services to all of the firm’s practitioners and staff. Our team works as the primary point of escalation for all technology-related issues in the supported practice offices.

You are someone with:

  • The ability to provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support so as to prevent or resolve issues to ensure business continuity across all of the firm’s segments. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft MIM, and Microsoft Exchange is mandatory.
  • Stress management skills that enable you to correctly identify and resolve issues in our ever-changing environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record in a similar position so as to work closely with his/her manager to help a team of analysts develop their technical and soft skills. 
  • Strong communication skills that enable you to simplify complex situations, animate team meetings, and also interact with our users and, more particularly, our partners. The capacity to deliver clear and effective communications in both French and English (mandatory), and to adapt messages to suit the intended audience.
  • Considerable experience in providing hardware/software support in a Windows environment (versions 10 & 11) and in-depth knowledge in connection with providing support for the Microsoft Office 365 Suite of programs, Microsoft Teams, videoconference and AV systems (e.g., Crestron, AirMedia).
  • Experience working in a networked environment and ability to perform advanced troubleshooting of networked devices (laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers) onsite and remotely on Windows and Mac OS.  
  • The ability to anticipate issues and risks by putting in place the associated controls and action plans to secure rollouts.
  • Post-secondary education in an IT discipline as well as a Microsoft, CompTIA+ and/or ITIL Foundations Certification would be an asset.
  • You are passionate, have a keen interest for high tech, and make it a point to keep your technical skills up-to-date.


Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.
