Grow Your Career as our Senior Associate, Acquisitions & Financial Planning
As the Senior Associate you will be responsible for developing, interpreting and maintaining complex financial models to assist with decisions surrounding the acquisitions of low-rise and high-rise developments as well as other financial analysis to make timely recommendations regarding development decisions. Working directly with the VP, Acquisitions & Financial Planning and the CFO, you will also complete financial and proforma analysis and reports to assist with pricing decisions, sales releases, and other budget related recommendations.
What you will be doing:
- Acquisition analysis to provide recommendations based on complex financial proforma and business case presentation.
- Proforma analysis to review and assess various planning scenarios and development options.
- Pricing recommendations related to product launches & releases as well as scenario analysis.
- Financial Planning and Investor reporting related to various development projects.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
- 3-5 Years Real Estate financial analysis experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills as required for building business case presentations to senior leadership team.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
