Reporting to the Snr Manager, FSS Support, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting all OTC Shared Service functions in ensuring complete analytical and testing coverage of all system implementations that impact the Order to Cash process in all lines of business. They will be required to support the stabilization activities and issue resolutions of OTC as well as be the Subject Matter expert within OTC.

This role is responsible for helping deploy process improvement projects in the Order to Cash process life cycle, utilizing proven CI methodologies. The Senior Business Analyst will act as the testing lead for the OTC team and will help drive support for stabilization activities and issue resolutions for OTC as well as act as a Subject Matter expert within Order to Cash. They are expected to drive accurate Business Requirements for any net new project, product or initiative.

The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a functional expert in all SAP ERP and Legacy systems (CLI & Beacon) changes and enhancements. They will be expected to provide input and recommendations to IT resources on functional system requirements and act as a validation and quality assurance professional across the different stages of the Testing lifecycle as it relates to all Order to Cash (OTC) function.
