What is the opportunity?
You will be a member of the Regulatory Change team to implement mandatory regulatory changes on the Regulatory Reporting strategic platform.
What will you do?
Ensuring regulatory change in accurately implemented inline with regulatory guidance
Working closely with regulatory policy and production teams to understand and implement technical changes.
Working closely with Reg Product Owner to get guidance on the tasks
Collaboration with vendors and internal upstream system teams to build a robust approach for Regulatory Reporting data sourcing
Being a primary contact for projects related to end-user computations automation and moving them into strategic platform
Being a primary contact for resolving EUC issues impacting on Regulatory Reporting processes
Keeping the mapping documentation up to the high standards
Improving data lineage view for the systems and processes used by the Regulatory Reporting team.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Strong experience in Business Analyst role
Experience as Business Analyst in the sourcing/transformation initiatives
Experience in developing end-user computations with excel, VBA or python
Strong understanding of change team role in the Regulatory Reporting environment
Use of Regulatory Reporting Software (Adenza solutions).
Nice-to-have
Working with a data lineage tool (e.g. Collibra)
Working with an ETL tool, e.g. Data3Sixty, Alteryx or Dataiku
Finance qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CFA) will be beneficial to this role because of the focus on creating a strong control environment.
