Job description

A career as a Senior Clerk in the Operations sector at National Bank means working in an environment that allows you to surpass yourself. It is through your rigour, your management of priorities and your complicity that you have a positive impact on the customer and employee experience.

Your job:

  • File filing and indexing
  • Conduct thorough file checks
  • Perform tasks of the special financing teams
  • Properly use the complex equipment and software required for your work
  • Propose suggestions and ideas for optimization for the continuous improvement of our operations.

Your team:

Operations are at the heart of delivering products and services to customers. Transformation, digitalization, digitalization: The changes we aspire to are becoming more and more concrete every day thanks to the expertise of our banking professionals, who allow us to offer our clients a distinctive offer.

Our department is open from Monday to Friday until 21:00 and on Saturdays during the day. We are looking to fill an evening schedule from 13:00 to 21:00.

Prerequisite:

  • High school diploma 
  • Aptitude for administrative work
  • Knowledge of the Office suite and collaboration tools
