About the role
As part of the national HRMS (Human Resource Management System) team, you will contribute to the deployment of new system features, process optimization, defect management, and support of our internal Workday HRMS which currently supports 16,000+ users. This role will concentrate on the HCM/Core workstream.
As a member of the HRMS team, you will:
Act (in partnership with the HCM/Core lead) as the Workday Administrators for the Core workstream
Responsible to update the Workday Configuration for the HCM/Core workstream
Partner with the other HRMS consultants to investigate and resolve functional issues
Participate as an active team member to enhance the system and business processes.
Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and utilize the Workday community as a resource to propose enhancements.
Create and maintain the documentation for the workstream.
Contribute to the change management for the workstream.
Serve as a mentor for new HRMS Consultants; actively share product knowledge with team members to grow our practice.
Provide support to the HR community on HR systems and processes.
Execute and document user testing in QA and production.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Commerce, or HR
5+ years of experience as an HRMS Consultant or a BA role for an HR system
Advance knowledge of Workday HR System
Other HR system experience
Great analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to understand functional and technical details and think strategically to analyze requests
Organization (planning, document management, facilitation and follow up)
High adaptability
Customer service
Bilingual (French) an asset
