SalaryOur client is a diagnostics laboratory. They are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A who will be responsible for providing business partnership support to lines of business and operations within the company's Core & New businesses.

- (20%) Annual Budget, Forecast Updates and 5-year Plan Development: Support planning processes as needed of either specific Government Contracts, component segments within General Diagnostics or component segments within Advanced Diagnostics segments of the business to develop the annual budget, corresponding "year to go" forecast updates (at least 3X per year) and the annual 5-year financial plan for the company. Ensure alignment of plans across all delegated stakeholder groups.
- (70%) Analytics and Business Partnerhips: Develop analytical frameworks and tools to assist the delegated segment of either specific Government Contracts, component segments within General Diagnostics or component segments within Advanced Diagnostics segments of the business in making data-driven decisions, including pricing activities, new business ventures, new product lines, margin analysis, low-volume/margin test rationalization, product divestitures, capital investments, RFP activities for customers, contract negotiations and more broadly any other innovations, strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysis as required to enable business decisions. Leverage tools to enable business case development and documentation, inclusive of both capital requirements and investment returns / payback.
- (10%) Ability to perform ad hoc projects in support of the Sr. Manager Finance: Government and National Accounts or the Manager Finance: Government and National Accounts
- CPA/MBA/ ACCA Designation, or close to completion (passed CFE)
- 4-6 years FP&A experience with strong Analytical and Business Partnering experience
- Experience working with Commercial partners preferred
- Experience working with Revenue, Pricing, RFPs preferred
$90,000 - $99,000/year
