Description:
Our client in the mortgage industry headquartered in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for a short-term contract, starting February 2024. The successful Sr. Full Stack Developer candidate will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing the performance of a client-facing application that utilizes Vue.JS and Node.JS for frontend and backend, respectively. As a consultant, the successful candidate will be expected to provide valuable suggestions and feedback to the client on how to best improve the application and what is required for support as they continue to expand and develop the application.
Responsibilities:

-Identifying and diagnosing performance issues in the application.
-Proposing and implementing solutions to fix performance issues.
-Collaborating with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of suggested improvements.
-Providing valuable feedback and suggestions to the client on how to improve the application.
Requirements:

-A degree or diploma in Computer Science, and a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
-Proficient in Chromium-based browser performance profiling
-Experience with Vue.js and Node.js
-Familiarity with Titan Script, RedHat SSO (authentication), JavaScript, and MongoDB
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Must be eligible to work in Canada.
