The following are thekey responsibilitiesrelated:
Functioning as a senior level Human Resources professional and key contributor in both day-to-day and forward-looking projects and initiatives.
Reviews and helps research, draft, review and manage sound human resource policies, practices and procedures that may be complex while ensuring they are clear, effective, and compliant and consistent with related legislation and organizational requirements.
Responsible for performing detailed analysis of HR programs to enhance and optimize program performance and sustainability.
Provides detailed analysis on Benefits (Health and Savings),and other pertinent benefit programs and investigates, actions and solutions escalated benefit issues.
Participate in and deliver communications and information sessions to enhance employee awareness of benefits and scheduling ongoing learning sessions as needed.
Oversee disability management for non-occupational injuries/illness including short and long term disability claims
Deliver meaningful metrics, trends, key insights, and detailed analysis in all areas of HR Operations to help seek opportunities to drive innovation and process improvement.
