What you will be doing:
- Liaise with business, technical, and project stakeholders to evaluate and support the implementation of appropriate technical solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders to identify and collect technical and business requirements using best practice methods and tools.
- Perform vendor market research analysis against defined requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams across multiple organizations to complete assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Perform technical systems and networks analysis related to tools and technologies for wired, and wireless medical devices, endpoints intrusion detections, and others.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- At least 6 years of technical business analysis experience with IT infrastructure and security projects in a large enterprise environment.
- Experience working within the Health Authorities is highly preferred.
- Previous experience with network, systems, and security infrastructure implementations.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Experience developing supporting documentation (e.g. requirements matrix, processes, policies, procedures, decision records, etc.).
- Experienced in working collaboratively with subject matter experts in specialized technical fields.
- The ability to effectively navigate and deliver results in a large and complex environment is a must.
- Demonstrated capability working with Senior Management team and Executives.
- Must be able to work independently to solve problems.
- Must be competent in MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
- Strong project management, analytical, and people skills.
- Change management/business transformation experience is an asset.
- A track record of following through on commitments
