Salary Insight Global is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a retail partner. This resource will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create both business, functional and technical requirements for features and functionality to support our internal business needs and guest experiences. the BA will support business and functional requirements gathering & document technical requirements. They will perform troubleshooting and investigates root cause of production issues. You will Translate business strategy into roadmaps for consumption by teams to determine how to improve efficiencies and cost savings. This resource will be prioritizing requirements based on business and technical needs.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ Years of Experience with EPM/EBS or other FinSys systems
Extremely strong ability to do quantitative and qualitative analysis regarding FinSys platforms
Drive discovery and fit gap analysis on current processes and systems
Strong ability to document, articulate, and present report findings
Strong collaboration skills and self-start working style
Utilizing artifacts such as business requirements documents (BRDs), JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirements alignment sessions
