The Legal Technology Unit has specific responsibility for Legal Services Branch and provides expert advice and manages all aspects of the Legal Services Branch's Information Management/Information Technology. The Legal Technology Unit is responsible for technology support to Office of the ADAG, Business Operations, Office of Legislative Counsel (OLC), and barristers and solicitors law groups.
The Sr Business Analyst will provide technology planning, business analysis, systems design and client support services. Provides technical and project management expertise for multiple, concurrent, medium sized projects from initiation to completion.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field and at least (3) three years work experience; OR,
- An equivalent combination of education, training and a minimum of (4) four years work experience.
- Candidate must have the minimum required experience in the following:
- Experience consulting with and providing advice to executive level clients.
- At least two (2) years of experience in the installation, configuration, maintenance and problem resolution of hardware, software, operating systems and network components.
- At least (2) two years of work experience in project management.
- Experience with contract management.
- Experience working in a legal field or environment.
About this Position:
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work from home a few days a week subject to an approved telework agreement.
This is for one (1) permanent opportunity.
