The lululemon Evolution Office (LEO) team is lululemon's transformation and tactical support office that exists to make sure lululemon’s strategy comes to life. We are a diverse team of internal advisors, facilitators, designers, and momentum-drivers who work across all lululemon’s functions and geographies. We focus on developing trusted partnerships and a deep understanding of lululemon’s operations to identify and prioritize opportunities to support operating model and process transformation, enterprise investment planning, and cross-functional program delivery – all in service of bringing lululemon’s strategy to life.

A day in the life
The Senior Manager, Program & Change Management will partner with senior leaders across the business to deliver lululemon’s growth and transformation agenda. You will do this by developing and delivering the approach for program and Change Management for our transformation program, advising and driving program and change efforts on multiple operating model transformation projects, owning relationships with (and acting as an internal advisor to) select senior leaders, supporting the career/performance development of LEO colleagues, and contributing to broader team-building activities across the LEO team.
This role is a rare career opportunity, with the mandate to build and mature capabilities, create and evolve service models, and develop and deliver a strategic roadmap in service of enterprise transformation. This role’s mandate is typically delivered by external consulting firms, but will have the benefit of internal relationships, support, visibility, time, and flexibility to see the transformation through and make sure the change sticks. - Work with LEO leaders and in partnership with the Change Management COE to scope, design, and deliver the approach and service model for identifying and maturing capabilities needed to enable transformation (inclusive of org health & readiness, governance, communications & engagement, and learning)
- Engage and collaborate with key functional groups to implement transformation programs; build a network of trusted relationships at many levels of the organization
- Lead and/or advise on program and Change Management efforts for business transformation and capability enhancement programs/projects
- Support orchestration of program management efforts across multiple transformation programs including cross-program prioritization, dependency mapping, and identifying multi-year funding needs
- Develop, refine, and maintain program management standards, tools, reporting, and methodology
- Support definition and measurement of key transformation success metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder experiences across multiple teams to generate commitment and support behavioural & mindset shifts
- Coordinate, collaborate with, and seek support from LEO team members to plan and deliver against transformation objectives
- Guide project team members through deliverable development (e.g., learning experience design, org health & readiness assessments, etc.) and review sessions / workshops with business partners
- Contribute to broader LEO people leadership activities
- Provide input and support the design/delivery of Change Management deliverables
- Contribute to ongoing refinement and continuous improvement of LEO toolkit and methodology

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, communications, leadership or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting and/or in delivering large-scale business transformation programs (or equivalent experience)
- Experience delivering change and/or working within a growth org context is helpful
- People leadership experience – ideally both direct and project reporting relationships
- Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills
- Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written, and verbal
