Role overview:
We are looking for a Senior Performance Testing Engineer who considers themselves dynamic and collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As a key member of the QA team, you will be responsible for performance test planning, execution and reporting of all performance activities in your area of responsibility and will ensure quality development of performance test scripts and tests following a clearly defined QA methodology to provide high-quality and value adding solutions to our customers.
What you’ll do:
- Designing and building the performance test scripts and executing the Performance test.
- Identifying parameters for testing.
- Designs performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes.
- Work with business stakeholders, business Analysts and architects to gather non-functional requirements and understand architecture patterns.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework.
What you bring to the role:
Must have:
- Overall 8+ years of exp. in overall testing experience with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Performance testing.
- Understanding of End-to-end phases of Performance Testing, including Performance Requirements Definition, Test Planning & Scheduling and Test Environment and Data Planning.
- Good experience in Gate link and Load runner
- Proficient in scripting design and test execution with performance test tools – Gate link, Load Runner/Performance Center
- Analysis of test results including identifying performance bottleneck levering APD tools – Dynatrace
- Knowledge of Performance Testing of cloud based applications.
- Ability to perform accessibility testing as a secondary skill.
