Hi, I’m Dinidu de Silva, and I’m currently the Director, DevOps & SRE at Mejuri, looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our growing Platform team.
As the Senior Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for recommending and implementing improvements and best practices to our infrastructure. In addition, you'll architect and manage intuitive development tooling for other engineers/teams working with best in-class security team to implement Platform Security.

- Migrate AWS Infrastructure to GCP
- Implement Security for Cloud Environments
- Revamp software supply chain for Data Team
What you'll do:
- Recommend and implement improvements & best practices to our infrastructure
- Research, Design & Implement best security practices for the Mejuri Platform
- Build and maintain highly available production systems and plan disaster recovery strategies
- Optimize our CI/CD workflow and tooling
- Advocate for best practices in CI/CD and release management
- Architect and manage intuitive development tooling for other engineers / teams
- Continue scaling our monitoring and alerting for services and infrastructure resources
- Available for OnCall rotations
What you bring to the team:
- You have strong experience working with cloud (GCP), Docker and containerization
technologies such as Kubernetes, and Terraform - You have experience in a large-scale build/release engineering environment with strong CI/CD
principles - You have implemented cloud security, DevSecOps practices
- You have experience with system administration or infrastructure maintenance
- You have good knowledge of design patterns, system architecture, and best practices
- Has developed REST applications/services in a professional environment or as a hobbyist
- Experience with integrating Observability platforms either Datadog, New Relic, Grafana,
Splunk, Dynatrace - Scripting experience with either Python/Ruby/Go
- You love to automate things
