We are seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager, fully remote job, to lead a large complex digital solution modernization project : Legacy, Modern from new implementation to multiple integration point.
Our clients is looking for a candidate for various large-scale and high-visibility projects under its responsibility. Fluency in English is required. The deliverables require numerous links with different teams and suppliers. The projects include a significant technological portion.
Responsibilities:
- Review the organization of the project and make the required changes (governance, projects, implementation structure, team)
- Set up and carry out the accountability report
- Perform detailed planning of activities and deliverables
- Carry out the operational coordination of the people involved in the project and the various interrelated projects
- See to the control of the quality of the work, to the identification of the standards, methods and procedures to be applied for the realization of the project
- Mobilize diverse teams and coordinate the work of many stakeholders
- Manage the landing of the project in the different business sectors involved
- Collaborate with change management and organizational transformation teams to prepare teams to receive the change
- Develop the analysis of risks, impacts and related strategies taking into account the various factors to reduce the level of risk of the contribution
- Manage communications within the project
- Demonstrate more than ten (10) years of experience in
- Demonstrated experience in turnaround and management of Small to Large-scale projects: more than $ 10M
- Experience in system implementation and business processes
- Experience in business project management with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English is required
