Job description
Our Servers, based at the Fogo Island Inn, provide guests with personable, knowledgeable, and efficient service for all food and beverage items. They will maintain service standards and ensure guests have a memorable experience every time.
General responsibilities:
Provide warm place-based hospitality, serving food and beverages to guests
Maintain dining room and other food and drink spaces to highest standards
Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of our menus, drinks, and food philosophy
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistent with the Inn's standards
Responsible for sanitization, organization, and proper food handling
Other responsibilities as necessary to enhance the guest experience

Profile description
The ideal candidate:
Possesses experience in fine dining
Has 3-5 years experience in the hospitality environment
Knowledge of wine and spirits
Is enthusiastic, friendly and has great communication skills
Enjoys working in a team environment
