Server/Assistant Manager

Looking for someone with good customer service skills who is fluent in English and Hindi. Previous experience in restaurant is preferred as this is a hand-on job that requires a lot of interaction daily with a wide range of people. Candidate should be quick on their feet and work well with in a team. Looking for someone responsible who is looking for long term employment and willing to accept multiple duties. Smart serve and food handler certification is required. Only candidates currently in Ontario will be considered for this position!!!!

Job Type: Full-timeResponsibilities:
- Assist servers in providing excellent guest service
- Set up and clean tables before and after guests are seated
- Prepare and deliver beverages and bread to tables
- Assist with meal preparation, such as portioning salads or desserts
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
- Clear dirty dishes and utensils from tables
- Refill water glasses and other beverages as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest requests and concerns

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction from servers and supervisors
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus
