El Corazon “The Heart”, is a new Latin fusion restaurant now open in the heart of Glenora. We offer fresh & creative dishes featuring a modern spin on Latin-American plates. Our goal is to provide guests an escape from the everyday and a relaxed atmosphere when they dine with us. El Corazon strives to deliver an incredible dining experience for its guests and provide a memorable atmosphere, hand crafted dishes and warm service.

Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic Bartenders and Servers to provide an excellent guest experience.

Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Our team is filled with people who are passionate about providing an above and beyond experience for guests. Knowledge in tequila and mezcal is an added bonus!

Responsibilities - Bartenders:

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar patrons

• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks

• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender

• Ensuring all guests come in and have a positive experience, new or returning!

Servers come to work with the same team mindset while independently providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The goal is to enhance and preserve the reputation of our venues with quality customer service skills, innovative brain-power, and a can-do attitude! Knowledge in tequila and mezcal is an added bonus!

• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

• Support and involve yourself with a high energy, passionate team

• Handle situations by embracing the issues and tackling them with the tools that we provide

• Take orders and provide quality food and drinks for our guests

• Learn and understand the company's ways - including our training programs, food/drink menus, culture, etc.

• Ensuring all guests come in and have a positive experience, new or returning!

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $15.00 per hour
