Server/Bartender

Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Servers and Bartenders to join our team at The Royal Mayfair for the 2024 season. As a Server / Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our members and their families. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Welcome members to the clubhouse facility
- Serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Provide recommendations on food/drink selections based on customer preferences and menu offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Handle member payment transactions
- Engage with members, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service

- Execute large party / function service as required
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Experience:
- Previous service/bartending experience is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, wine, and cocktails is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with members in a friendly and professional manner
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
