Server/Waiter

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team at One Eyed Jack. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and explain daily specials to guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Process guest payments accurately using cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cashiering procedures and basic math skills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
