Service Appointment Coordinator

Jonker Honda is looking for a full time Service Appointment Coordinator.

This position will be Tuesday through Saturday and requires the following:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• A good command of the English language (verbal and written)

• Organization and multi-tasking abilities

• Effective listening skills

• Pleasant telephone manner

• Computer literate

• Strong work ethic/reliable

• Excellent customer service skills

• Attention to detail

• Quick learner

• Natural ability to engage and build rapport with customers

• Automotive knowledge is an asset, but, not necessary

Full training will be provided. Our goal is to deliver excellent customer service to every customer, every time. We offer a competitive hourly wage $20-$23 per hour and benefits after successfully completing a probationary period.
